 Damaged Products: We take all necessary steps to ensure all orders are packaged with care, but it is possible for items to get damaged during transit. If you receive your package and an item is damaged, please email us at service@savvyhandcrafts.com with a photo of the product and box within 72 hours upon receipt. We will review your request and provide a response within 48 hours.
